  • Innovative Heating: Tethera’s heating primarily comes from two towel rails, supplemented by its eco-conscious design. The house harnesses passive solar gains, capturing and utilising sunlight for natural warmth.
  • Comfortable Environment: The Passivhaus design ensures a draft-free, pleasant indoor climate. While the temperature can fluctuate slightly, the house’s insulation and airtight construction maintain overall comfort.
  • Eco-Friendly Features: Expect a different approach to temperature control, with less reliance on traditional heating systems and more on sustainable, natural heat sources.

Security: There is a security camera in the door bell (it is recorded but not monitored).

Parking: Please park on the gravel by the drystone wall. There is space for two cars.
