The Storrs Collection, which owns Storrs Hall on the shore of Windermere in the Lake District, has added luxury B&B Lindeth Fell Country House to its portfolio.
Lindeth Fell is set on seven acres of its own private gardens overlooking the lake on Lyth Valley Road in Windermere, built by renowned landscape architect and author Thomas Mawson. It was built in 1907 and preserves all of its Arts & Crafts style, with 14 elegant bedrooms, several of which have stunning lake views. It has been owned and managed by the Kennedy family for almost 40 years and has earned several honours throughout that time. The Hotel Agency team at commercial real estate firm Colliers handled the sale of the property.
