The ideal location of the landscape photographer had an 8.9 ‘under-the-radar’ score, which was derived by looking at the amount of searches for vacation accommodation in each place with a check-in date between June 21, 2022 and September 23, 2022.
Tourists may immerse themselves in the hamlet’s ancient legacy, including the Victoria-era St Patrick’s Church, which holds tapestries by Ann Macbeth, who resided in the area from 1921 until her death in 1943. Daytrippers travelling to different walking trails such as Kirkstone Pass to Ambleside and Troutbeck may pass via Patterdale’s meandering lanes, while Penrith is around a 30-minute drive away.
