A NEW TERRACE has been added to a LUXURY lakeside hotel.
Just in time for summer, Bowness hotel The Ro has erected a new alfresco deck.
Guests may enjoy beverages and an all-day bar menu on the 40-seater patio.
The Ro is one of the Lake District’s oldest hotels, and its Victorian exterior has been renovated into a dog-friendly terrace. Check availability and book now at great rates!
“With such spectacular views of the lake, we are delighted to offer a tranquil retreat moments from the hustle and bustle of the high street for our guests, visitors, and locals alike,” said general manager Matthew Collins.
“The ideal place to unwind after a long day of hiking or simply to take in the scenery.”
From April through October, the terrace is available daily at midday.
The Ro, which dates back to 1881, was once a boys’ boarding school and a hospital during WW1.
